Red Hot Racing at Rye House

The Daytona DMAX 2018 Championships returned toRye House after a break of three years for Round 3 of this year’s championships, with 145 drivers enjoying red hot racing in the sunshine – a very different day to the previous month’s freezing cold round at PF International.

With testing on Saturday evening in 24 degrees, the change from -2 degrees in Lincolnshire a month earlier was a distant memory and, despite overnight rain, the track was dry throughout the race day on Sunday.

With lap times as close as ever, the endurance classes saw up to 19 drivers split by less than a second and the heats drivers saw top 10 drivers in all classes regularly within a couple of tenths.

Daytona would like top congratulate Alex Pritchard, Max O”Shanughnessy, Bobby Trundley, Lee Witney and Andy O”Neill for their class wins on Sunday and we would remind drivers that the grids for Glan-Y-Gors next month are already very busy – so call Mark now on 03303327870 to avoid missing out on our first ever visit to G-Y-G.
